This policy explains what personal information we collect through marktopley.co.uk, the Mark Topley ETP app and our coaching work, why we collect it, and what your rights are. We keep it to what we need to deliver our work well, and we never sell your information.
Purpose Driven Business Limited, trading as Exceptional Team Performance, is the data controller. We're registered in England and Wales (company number 13248875) at The Charmwood Centre, Southampton Road, Bartley, Southampton, SO40 2NA, and registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (registration number ZB300822). For anything about your data, email [email protected].
Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, job role and practice name when you enquire, book a call, buy something, sign up to our emails or join a programme. Payment details are handled by our payment providers, and we never see or store your full card or bank details.
In the app and members' area: your login details, the courses and lessons you've opened and completed, your roadmap and weekly actions, files you upload, and anything you post or comment in community spaces. If you allow notifications, we use a device token to send them.
In coaching work: notes from sessions, the goals and actions we agree, and, where you've agreed in advance, recordings and transcripts of calls.
Collected automatically: on the website and in the app, basic technical information such as your device type, operating system, app version, IP address and how you use the pages and features. The website uses cookies for this (see section 9).
We don't intend to collect special category information, such as health details, about you. Please don't share patient information with us, in the app or anywhere else.

We share information only with the service providers who help us run the business, under contracts that require them to keep it secure and use it only on our instructions. These include:
We may also share information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights. If you join a programme through a partner, such as a dental group or a membership organisation, we may share attendance and progress with them where that's part of the agreement you joined under.
Some of our providers are based in, or store data in, the United States and other countries outside the UK. Where that happens, we rely on safeguards recognised under UK law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, standard contractual clauses or the UK–US Data Bridge.
You have the right to access your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to take a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We'll reply within one month, and we may need to check your identity first. There's normally no charge.
You can ask us to delete your app account and associated data at any time by emailing [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account", from the email address linked to your account. We'll confirm when it's done, usually within 7 days. We may keep a small amount of information where the law requires it, such as invoices. Deleting the app from your phone doesn't delete your account.
The website uses essential cookies to work, and with your agreement, analytics and advertising cookies to understand how it's used and to show our ads to people who've visited. You can change your choices at any time through the cookie banner or your browser settings. The app doesn't use advertising trackers.
Our website, app and services are for adults working in dental practices, and aren't intended for anyone under 18.
Data is encrypted in transit, access to our systems is limited and protected with strong passwords and two-factor authentication, and we review the providers we use. If a breach affects you, we'll tell you and the ICO where the law requires it.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first at [email protected] so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
We'll update this policy when the way we use information changes, and we'll show the date of the latest version at the top. Where a change is significant, we'll let account holders know.
