Any plan that is going to stick and succeed with your team must have roots. That’s why I start every client with a conversation on your values and what’s important to your business.
Your values are the soil in which your commitments are planted, and from which your activities can grow.
Whether you are an accomplished planner or new to the concept, I guide you through three simple stages to create your responsible business plan
I’ll spend some time talking to you about your business, what’s important to you and what’s going on already. Depending on the level of support you request, I’ll talk to other members of your team as well.
Based on your values, vision and particular aims, and using my experience, I will propose a plan with core commitments to make progress and changes in the areas of People, Environment, and Contribution. These form the guiding principles for your future responsibility activity.
3. Take action
We engage your team in the process and create a manageable, simple plan to become more responsible. You’ll get a calendar of activities that will engage your team and stakeholders, and give you authentic content for your communications.
